"End of the day near Cody, Wyoming, we found ourselves captivated by a wild horse herd, lingering as the sun dipped low in the sky. With every passing moment, we tried to hold onto the last threads of light, unsure of how the photos would turn out. But the magic of that evening, the warm hues of the sunset, and the silhouettes of these majestic creatures left an indelible mark on my heart. Thanks to the wonders of shooting in raw and a bit of Photoshop, I was able to bring out the hidden details, preserving one of my favorite memories of McCullough Peaks." With around 70 horses in the herd, it's easy to get lost in the moment. Thankfully, my wife was right by my side, acting as my eyes and guide while I focused through my zoom lens. She kept a close watch on the herd, pointing out where to look next—whether it was to my left, right, or straight ahead. Her calm instructions helped me capture some unforgettable shots.
